Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. They must be in the original packaging and must show no signs of use or have any damage to the item or the packaging.
Please note that the postage costs of returning the item are borne by the customer. The refund process can take up to 14 days, depending on how long it takes your bank to process the refund.
All of our products come with a warranty during which we will repair or replace the item, provided the problem is caused by faulty craftsmanship. The minimum warranty is 1 year; however, many of our products have much longer warranties – please refer to the “Additional Information” section on each product.
All items need to be boxed or sufficiently wrapped for return.
Since we are an online shop, we don’t have a physical store as such. We do have some products on display in our warehouse, but please contact us beforehand to arrange a viewing appointment.

We use DPD Ireland couriers for Irish deliveries. Delivery is normally within 1-2 working days.
